The theory of electronics and electrical components begins with their connection through electrical network, electrical circuit etc. The electronics and electrical components are connected with each other by conductors. Electronics and electrical components are very well used in the transmission, allocation and usage of electric power. There are different examples of electronics and electric components such as circuit breakers, fuses, motor starters, relays, connectors, timers etc.

Electronics and electrical components could be defined as any indivisible electronic building block packaged in a discrete form with two or more connecting leads or metallic pads. These electronic and electrical components are connected with each other normally by soldering to a printed circuit board or to create an electronic circuit. The electrical and electronics components are integrated as circuits like resistors, array, logics gate etc., or may be packed singly as transistor, diode, resistor, capacitor etc.

• Digital.

There are many different types of electrical appliances that are constructed using analog signals which are a combination of basic circuits. Sometimes called as linear circuits, analog circuits although have many non-linear effects which are present in mixers, modulators etc. Good examples of analog circuits include vacuum tubes, transistors amplifiers, operational amplifiers and oscillators.

Circuits based on number of discrete voltage levels are termed as digital circuits. These are the circuits which are most common example of boolean algebra and they form the basis of all digital computers. The terms like "digital circuit", "digital system" and "logic" are interchangeable in the context of digital circuits. The digital circuits represent two voltage levels such as low and high. Digital circuits are used in devices like programmable logic controllers, electronic clocks etc.

There are many different methods used in the preparation of electronics and electrical components. These methods have been carried out from years. For instance, we can talk about point to point wiring using tag boards attached to chassis, which is used to connect various electrical innards. Wire wraps and cord wood construction are some other methods which were used. Modern day electronics use printed circuit boards and highly integrated circuits.

Today, electronics engineers have the ability to design circuits using pre manufactured building blocks such as power supplies, semiconductors like transistors and integrated circuits. Electronic design automation software programs are there which include schematic capture programs and design programs for the manufacturing of different electrical and electronics components.
